At Hausmate Beauty, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. Due to the nature of personal care and beauty items, our return policy is strictly enforced to ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness for all customers.
1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Products that have been used, unsealed, tried on, or show signs of use (e.g., missing tags, tangled or cut hair, cosmetic residue, scent of shampoo or perfume).
- Orders placed with wrong color, style, or size, or changes of mind after purchase or shipment.
- Missing original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.
- Failure to report the issue within 7 days of delivery or provide sufficient evidence (photos/videos).
- Personal preference reasons such as “doesn’t suit my face” or “changed my mind.”
2. Eligible Cases for Return or Refund
We will consider refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Products arrive damaged, broken, or visibly deformed upon delivery.
- Wrong item delivered (e.g., incorrect style, color, or product).
- Technical defect: Product is non-functional upon first use (requires unboxing video proof).

3. How to Submit a Return or Refund Request
- Please email us at support@hausmatebeauty.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue and product packaging
- Unboxing video (if applicable)
- A short description of the problem
- Our support team will review and respond within 1–3 business days. If approved, we will:
- Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method,
- Or send a replacement item, depending on the situation.
4. Important Notes
- We do not require returns for items approved for refund, as long as clear proof is provided.
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information, customer refusal, or lack of cooperation with carriers.
